Fees
1. Exhibition Fees:
Exhibition Space (Floor space only) - 4 sqm. Minimum:
a. 1 sqm.- NIS 1,250.00 + VAT / € 278.00 + VAT.
b. 1 sqm. - NIS 1,150.00 + VAT / € 256.00 + VAT (Special reduced price for members of the Israel Jewelry Manufacturers Association and the Israel Export & International Institute - only).
2. Modular Constructed Booth (description)
Additional fee for an advanced modular constructed booth (4 sqm. Minimum):
1 sqm. - NIS 350.00 + VAT / € 78.00 + VAT.

•White partitions.
•Illuminated pillars at the front of the booth.
•Fascia board with exhibitor’s name in Hebrew & English.
•1 spotlight - per each 1 frontage running meter.
•1 Kw electricity outlet.

•Glass-fronted display cabinet - 102X52X100 cm. (including locking, without lightening)
•1 Shelf.
•2 chairs.
•Carpet (uniform color).
3. Display Unit at the “Designers’ Avenue” Area (1.5 sqm.)
•1 Display Unit - NIS 3,000.00 + VAT / € 667.00 + VAT.
The unit includes:
•1 Display stand: 1 (width) X 1.5 (depth) = 1.5 sqm.
•Back panel - 100 cm (width) X 246 cm (height).
•An illuminated pillar in front of the stand.
•Fascia board with exhibitor’s name in Hebrew & English.
•Glass-fronted display cabinet - 102X52X100 cm. (including locking, without lightening)
•1 spotlight (100 W).
•1 chair.
Participation fees for the exhibition area include:
1.Exhibition space as ordered.
2.200 printed invitations for handing out by the exhibitor (exhibitors who require additional invitations, only by prior arrangement and against payment).
The invitations are intended for mailing to the exhibitor’s customers and suppliers.
3.Free entry in the official exhibition catalogue both Hebrew and English.
4. A link to the exhibitor’s website, on the exhibition website: www.jovella.com.
5.Parking permits in the parking garage adjacent to the exhibition pavilion located near the exhibition hall:
Up to 20 Sqm. - 1 parking space
From 21 Sqm. to 30 sqm. - 2 parking spaces
Over 31 Sqm. 3 parking spaces
6.Electricity supply of 1 Kw per each 5 sqm. of floor space. Please note that this model does not include installation of the electrical outlet which must be ordered and paid for separately.
Important Notes:
1.Glass-fronted display cabinets as well as extra services will be supplied upon prior request and according to previous price indicated in the Exhibitor’s Instruction Manual.
2.Exhibitors who book an exhibition area without construction must order power supply and electricity outlet points separately on the appropriate forms and against payment. Details will be listed in the Exhibitors’ Instruction Manual, which will be sent to approximately 45 days prior the event.
3.Exhibitors who book construction from designers are required to produce an authorization from a construction engineer acting on behalf of the designer, prior to the exhibition.
Registration and Terms
1.Registration will be carried out by means of the registration form printed by the I. I. Stier Ltd. Group, and in accordance with the terms stipulated above.
2.Please complete the details on the registration form stated above when registering, as well as:
a.Attach an advance payment of 25% of the participation fee and not less than NIS 4,400 / € 978.00 (for a glass fronted display cabinet, not less than NIS 1,000 /€ 223.00).
b.Attach a payment of the additional 30% no later than Feb. 16th, 2010.
c. The balance (45%) is due no later than July 5th, 2010.
d.Finalize payment at Stier Group’s accounts dept. between June 27th to July 1st and no later than exhibition set-up day July 5th, 2010.
3. Rates quoted as of October 2009 and are subject to change without further notice. New price list will not include companies who registered and already paid their participation fees.
4.Prices for foreign exhibitors are exclusive of VAT (Israeli exhibitors must add V.A.T). All fees must be linked to
Index” and the € exchange rate will rise above 5% of the indicated price list that was published on October
2009.
5.Exhibitors set up will not be permitted prior to the settlement of all payments.
6.The prices which are stipulated do not include VAT.

•The Exhibitor's Instruction Manual, which will be dispatched 45 days prior to the opening of the exhibition.

Transport, Customs Clearance, Storage:
Amit Ltd. has been appointed as the official forwarding and clearance agents. These services can be booked in advance: Transport to and from the exhibition complex, freight forwarding, customs clearance and storage. Exhibitors are advised to arrange their orders for Amit Ltd. one month prior to the exhibition at the latest, to avoid delays in processing their order.
